What is a trend setter?   

A trend setter is a leader and innovator in the industry.  It's someone - who through their deeds and actions - leads the pack and is not afraid to try new ideas or to be different.  An Internet trend setter is a company that through its new ideas or actions helps to define the Internet experience and culture.
