Arkansas Children’s Hospital’s previous website was extensive, with large quantities of information targeted to both professionals and consumers. However, the web site was difficult to navigate and consumers reported that it was hard to locate key information. Aristotle had less than three months to consult on reorganizing the old site, interface new databases with old ones and launch the new site. Working closely with the marketing staff from the hospital, Aristotle recreated the graphic interface and strategy for the site architecture. Aristotle created a main page image rotation that offers visitors one of five “hero” shots each time they arrive at the site, while the “ACH Spotlight” section draws site visitors’ attention to important press releases and events at the hospital. New categorical help users find information quickly and easily.
